Sokoto was arrested along with his brother at a hideout in Mutum Biu, Taraba State.
According to Punch newspaper, Presidential Spokesperson, Rueben Abati, also confirmed the arrest.
The suspected bomber is now in the process of being airlifted to Abuja via a military aircraft to avoid a repeat of what happened last January.
However, Deputy Force Public Relations Officer, Mr. Yemi Ajayi, said he could not confirm the arrest of Sokoto as of now, since they have not being officially briefed about the development. So who do we believe now, Presidential spokesman or Police PRO?
