The man who murdered Jennifer Hudson's familymembers , William Balfour has been given three consecutive life sentences for the 2008 murder of Jennifer's mother, nephew and brother.

William Balfour's sentencing here was carried out today and he has been found guilty on all three counts of first degree murder.
Let's see here...life in prison means you might get out later. The death penalty means you really can't get out but will siphon the taxpayers while you sit on death row until you die of natural causes at a very old age when you commited some crime at 17 or 18 years old...
