The former nursing assistant, who worked at Wishard Memorial Hospital, is accused of fondling an unconscious female inmate being treated in the hospital’s detention area and videotaping it.
He allegedly removed the female patients clothes and fondled her genital area. Fola, who plead not guilty to the charges, is scheduled to face trial for one felony and two misdemeanor charges in April.
